Founded in 2003 in Las Vegas by three sisters April Kiper, Stacie Allen and Peggy Durr.
Our mission statement is to "Give Hope To Those That Need It Most".
Through our efforts it is our organizations goal to erase the stigma associated with HIV/AIDS, Substance Abuse and Hunger. Promoting risk management and healthy living for women living positive lifestyles.
To create a safe place for women to become open vessels of awareness, strength and hope by supporting, educating and caring.
Empty stomachs hurt. They break concentration and make the future seem impossible. Giving food is essential to creating health. FTHOS hosts annual feedings for those in need in the community.

Maintaining healthy, happy environments is an important, and often neglected part of aid work. We work with local community organizers closely to make sure those in need are living a healthy life.
